Your Privacy
We value our relationship with you and aim to make you feel comfortable whenever you visit our sites. We take your privacy and computer security very seriously and are greatly committed to protecting them. Throughout our sites, you will find links to this Privacy Notice on every page where you are asked to enter personal information and on many other pages. The following text applies to E-ComWorks® Web sites and explains the kinds of information we collect from you and what happens to that information.We only collect and use information from you that we believe is necessary to administer our business, to advise you about our products and services, and to provide you with services you request. This is the only way we use your information. We may collect and maintain several types of customer information for these purposes.
E-ComWorks® is the sole owner of customer information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to outside marketers. No information is shared with any third party authentication systems, such as Microsoft® Passport, etc. We always allow you the option of editing information you’ve provided us.
To protect your privacy, E-ComWorks® Web sites follow five principles in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection.
PRINCIPLE 1 -- NOTICE
This Notice applies to all information collected or submitted on E-ComWorks® sites. We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally this information is requested when you create a Registration ID on the site, enter a contest, order Email newsletters or join a limited-access premium site. Your Personal Information allows us to make our site easier for you to use – you do not have to enter information more than once.
When placing an order, your information is collected for billing and order fulfillment purposes. If we have any problem with processing your order, we can use this information to contact you.
We will collect your name, address, Email address and phone number. If you are ordering, we will ask for credit card information. You may want to submit information about others if you want us to send an order directly to a recipient. In this case, we will ask for their name, address, and phone number so that we can ship and confirm deliveries. We answer Email by using your return Email address. We will not share addresses with outside entities.
COMITTMENT TO CHILDREN: We wholeheartedly believe that protecting children in all areas is the prime responsibility of adults. That’s why we adhere to ICRA (www.icra.org) standards. We will never knowingly collect data or store any information on our Sites from anyone who we actually know is under age 13. Our Websites are structured for adults and should not attract children under the age of 13.
PRINCIPLE 2 - CONSENT
If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still use most of E-ComWorks® Web sites, but you will not be able to access areas that require registration.
PRINCIPLE 3 - ACCESSIBILITY TO YOUR INFORMATION
We provide the means to ensure that you can access your personal information and make sure it is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time by logging on at Secure.E-ComWorks.net. Also, you can contact us by Email at SiteManager@E-ComWorks.net to let us know about errors in your personal information. We will take reasonable measures to verify your identity before allowing access or making corrections.
PRINCIPLE 4 - SECURITY
Cyber-Dyne, Inc. has taken tough physical, electronic and managerial measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, and alteration or destruction. Also, we take reasonable steps to authenticate your identity before we grant access or make corrections.
PRINCIPLE 5 - ENFORCEMENT
