Use of Software
Trial Version SoftwareCyber-Dyne, Inc. does not generally grant permission to redistribute Trial Versions of software. If you wish to use or redistribute trial versions of software, please Submit a Request to Use Software.
License Transfer
If you are seeking permission to donate or transfer software products, software licenses, or hardware loaded with Cyber-Dyne, Inc. software to another party, you may do so without obtaining written permission provided you follow the terms and conditions of your License Agreement (LA). All transfers of license, either through a sales transaction, donation, or gift must include all product documentation, product manuals, original disks and licenses. Further conditions of transfer may be included in your LA. The individual or entity giving up their software and license(s) must understand that they are giving up all of their rights to the transferred software, including all rights to upgraded versions of the software.
Making Copies
Requests to make copies of Cyber-Dyne, Inc. software products are handled on a case-by-case basis and do require written permission. Requests to make extra copies of product should Submit a Request to Use Software.
Product Integration
An Independent Software Vendor (ISV) interested in integrating and reselling Cyber-Dyne, Inc. products with their value-added solutions should Submit a Request to Use Software. Cyber-Dyne, Inc. encourages ISVs to integrate and resell Cyber-Dyne, Inc. products along with their value-added solution. The pricing for the licenses is determined between the ISV and Cyber-Dyne, Inc.
Rental
Cyber-Dyne, Inc. License Agreements (LAs) do not typically allow for the rental, leasing, or lending of software and we encourage you to carefully review your LA to ensure your compliance. If you are interested in leasing or renting hardware loaded with Cyber-Dyne, Inc. software, we suggest you Submit a Request to Use Software prior to proceeding with any leasing or rental of Cyber-Dyne, Inc. software.
Sound Files
Cyber-Dyne, Inc. does not permit the separate redistribution of sound bytes or sound files [i.e., files with the following file designations or extensions, including but not limited to wave files (.wav), MIDI files (.mid), etc].
